I saw the advertisement of ola cab on TV then I installed the app. This is the worse app as the driver are totally unprofessional. Recently we had booked a car from vaishali to Indrapuram it was showing Rs72 but the driver shows us some other bill. He asked us to give Rs130 for this ride. Even when I asked the driver for customer support number he said I don’t know. He started fighting so we have to give money.
The car was even not at all cleaned. Dust was their on back seats.
Customer service is also not good. They just charge a high amount for such small distances. I prefer everyone not to use this cab as it is not even safe.
