Worst service by Ola

Booked cab on Oct 17@ 12.30 pm through ola mobile apps, for the pick up time 2.30 pm. Before 00.30 min of the journey driver had called me and told that I am 7 km’s from your location so it is unavailable to come and pick you up
After this I try called customer care center to convey this message, it took 4 minutes to reach the representative in the IVR, then they were trying to pacifying me stating that another cab in 40 min time by the time itself it around 2.10 which is already my journey time
when I started trying to escalate this asked the customer representative to connect to the higher level, I was waiting for almost 10 min and came back saying our manager is busy and asked me to wait then she connected ans saying I am unable to hear you voice and voice
saying that dropped the call
Immediately called Corp office Mumbai, Three times I called nobody picked the call then
Then I called other another cab service @ 2.20 the cab reached me to pick around 2.42 pm
The worst part is I have received a invoice from ola cabs for 110 Rs with out using the cab service
That’s the customer service that customer will expect not like ola cabs
