Ola Cab drivers use the oldest trick in the book, switch off the phone, and claim that the trip got reset. Then they call a number which is apparently the "Ola help centre". And sure enough the "help center" in their infinite wisdom gives a price for the journey. Your arguments or reasoning with the driver is futile as he says "Ola" said so, and that you will get the "bill" from Ola. This scam is now rampant, with most of the drivers knowing the "switch off the mobile" trick.
At least in an Autorickshaw you know you are being cheated, here you wonder why you are being cheated, and suddenly you are staring at the answer to the biggest question out there "how the hell is Ola making money on this whole business model? ".
