I have booked OLA many times. As it was easy to book but they ask very high amount while compare to other cabs. Normal people gave the amount, but the poor people couln’t. Driver chooses the long way to the destination to make more money. They were not be polite and honest to the passenger. The seats are not comfortable. The cab was not having the boot space. I keep my luggage with myself at the car which makes me entire journey very hard. Drivers even charges you for parking tickets. Waiting charge policy is very worst with OLA cabs.
