Today, im sharing my experience with ola.i had a good experience. About fifty minutes before my scheduled pick up, I got an SMS informing us that I had got a free upgrade. So im going to get a Sedan vehicle, but pay for a Mini as I had initially booked a Mini. The driver and car details were also given. The vehicle arrived around half an hour before time and we got a message from Ola informing me of the same and offering an early pick-up if I was interested.
I coordinated with the driver to help him find our place and boarded the cab 10 minutes prior to our scheduled time of pick-up. The Air Conditioner in the vehicle was labouring to cool the car, but on the upside, the driver was polite and helpful. There was no cab fare meter on the dashboard of the vehicle that one can monitor during the journey. The driver just connected a phone to a system and assured me that it was all monitored at the central office and the fare bill would be mailed directly to me.
