There are many cabs services these days and Ola has gained a lot of name but for me its not worth! There are many good things about it like they have many options like shuttle( newly introduced) for cheap travel, Taxi for sure, normal taxis and the rates are normal not cheap nor expensive. But beware of the offers given by them. They have lot of technical problems due to which the customers are not able to use the codes and they just apologise doing nothing.
Although they make fake promises that they will extend the offer but dont respond and their team still works on the query for a month! Drivers have road sense but some of them use long routes. I would prefer other cabs over Ola.
