So, all my friends are totally anti-ola but I thought I’d give it a try. Booking confirmed one night before, cab driver called and said he will be at the venue on time. When the time came, driver was nowhere to be seen. He wasn’t picking up the calls either. Called Ola customer care, they conveniently said that by mistake they sent the cab to Adyar instead of Vadapalani. Why on earth these idiots dont read the pickup address.??Then he said he doesn’t have a cab. I had a flight to catch, don’t trust these pathetic services called ola. Useless and unprofessional service.
