I had stopped using ola service after few bad experience s which were just closed with standard regret from customer support. After a long gap, i booked an auto as their was some.urgency and upon drivers arrival his first question was where t(rude voice) following which he demanded payment to be made in cash (demand rather than request) for which I denied . Even if you pay few bucks more better to catch an auto offline rather booking online through ola. For this same reason I had stopped and over years they are unable to resolve this issue of driver denials. Its better not to use rather than complain as I am very confident that their is absolutely no pleasure point in using ola service
Every time your end up in pain of the same type or different type
