I’m using OLA for past 2 years. Now a days OLA Auto became worst. The drivers not cooperating with us and they don’t have a knowledge of OLA money. He’s asking me to pay through cash since he don’t have money for filling petrol.
One more major issue, OLA Auto drivers checking the drop location & They are accepting requests, if they would like to come . Last time I have tried to book the OLA Auto for more than 30 mins no one accepted my request even multiple Auto’s were available that location. Later I started to by bus hurry bury to catch the train. That was my worst experience due to this my family members scolded me for this.
Moreover OLA Micro & Mini cost has increased more than 50%. I used the OLA Micro/Mini from Vadapalanani to Egmore around Rs 120 to Rs 150. Now It got increased to Rs 297 to Rs 397/- However I didn’t met any bad experience with OLA Micro/Mini. Issue with only OLA Auto’s.
Please educate the drivers about the OLA Money & They shouldn’t force us to pay through Cash.
If I face any more instance, I will not recommend to friends & also I will choose UBER for all my drives.
