Today I planned on going somewhere and I decided to use ola cab cause it charges Rs.6/km in Delhi NCR when I chose the location so it shows the charges Rs.996 for 50km which is almost Rs.20/km I thought how is this fare, then I decided to contact customer care to understand the calculation but what happened actually representative was understanding everything but he was acting like charges are correct.
Then I spoke to his senior but she did the same thing understood but no explanation moreover she suggested that if charges are not suitable so don’t book a cab & I had to disconnect.
