A lot of mismanagement.
They charged us a lot of money when it was not to be charged.
Very bad customer service feedback.
It is much better to take UBER than OLA.
Drivers take another passenger without completing before task or ride.
Drivers are very late and not perfect.
Ola charged us Rs. 240/- just for 6km.
Really very much hectic.
The driver also did not come at the pick up point, instead I had to go to another place to take the Ola cab.
Very Poor service and Never gonna take Ola’s ride again
