Ola! Just wanted to tell all you guys my experience with Ola cabs. So I downloaded this app and after the first ride they sent me a Rs. 100 off coupon.
So a I was to book another ride thought I should use it. As I am pretty new to this app thing when I confirmed the ride I wasn’t able to use the code. Finally managed to locate their number and speak to an employee. She told me that she can’t do anything as I should have added the code or called them before starting the journey. By the time I could get their number the driver was here. The journey was not completed so why would it not be possible for them to apply the code? Where there is a will there is a way, at least that’s what I think ??. Guess we have become so dependent on technology that human ’s can’t do anything! ??
