Last week I went to Bangalore for Navratri and tried booking OLA cabs but sad it is that they don’t pick up calls. You might not have cab due to festive season rush, but at least pick up the call and say the same. I am really disappointed by this service.
I have used OLA cabs before and they were not bad at all but this time, I am sorry I differ.
