I used Ola for 2 times and the both the time drivers are unprofessional I call the customer care but they didn’t do anything. First of all there is a problem in app as app show the car is available but when I select the car it not able to book the ride I try 5-6 times and each time I face the same problem and that I able to book the ride.
Then the driver call me and said that I am not able to come to the pick up point as my room is not on the main road so it is really unprofessional. Also the price is little higher than uber.
The driver language are also not good he then start to play haryani low class songs. So my overall experience with ola is really bad.
