My personal experience
Today I have booked ola cab at 5.30 it has written there that the rider will come in 7 minutes and I was standing till 5. 50 and no one cames and then I have called that rider and he said that the his ola app has been hang and I said you ask from people about my place and I have to reach my coaching at 6.10 and at 6.00 pm I have gone my coaching with auto because I have no option and I have cancelled the ola and one message came to me to pay 50 rs cancellation fine and this is wrong how can they do that if the rider will not come we have to take next option and then so ola cabs is worst and disgusting so I will personally recommend you to not take cabs from ola cabs
