This is my worst experience with ola cab when my coupon not applying.
I have booked a cab with my 250 discount coupon, but unfortunately after journey completion, driver say to me, this coupen has not applied. The second issue is- total amount showing is 562.00
This is ridiculous, same day morning I was booked mini cab with same distance then CAB amount was 188 RS only & same route return they demanding 562 RS .
This is driver mistake, he did not close the previous journey meter, So after much more time arguments with driver(Ravikumar, 9964678741, tata indica KA05AC7744, this guy was unprincipled) . finally the second copy of fare received its only 365 RS, its all about OLA Tech issue. But after that also my 250 coupon not appearing yet.
1- 250 RS from my frecharge coupon, I have already applied the below coupons on - FR30ZY2WB673N
2- Wait charge 20 minutes(FYI I have’t wait him even a single minute, may be this time showing from previous journey)
