In the beggining was not knowing about cabs first time I booked ola cab I booked that cab 1 hour earlier just by mistake within one min I got call from ola driver I told him now we don’t want cab we wan’t after one hour what idiot driver he told ok sir I will wait but he did’t mentioned that we will charge your for waiting also it was my first time when I booked a cab after one hour.
I went for a ride after reaching my destination that idiot fellow he told me sir your bill is 350 he told me that the waiting its self is rs 150 at that time that driver he even use to drive slow near the signal so that they can earn more through waiting charge this this is ola technique to earn more and more on that time I was helpless then I called customer they told sorry sir we can’t do any thing u now please pay the bill and we will get back to u on this problem later afterward they did’t called me even I sent 2 mail to their customer care also those "idiot people" did’t replied to me.
Again on 14th feb 2015 one offer was there that refer and earn rs 200 my friend should get 200 and I should get 200 but even neither he got nor me he got only 100 ola money. I called customer are regarding this thrice and I mailed them thrice but those "idiot people" they are not giving any response to their customer .thrice they disconnected the phone they will they sir I will keep your phone on hold for verification their is no verification like that they are making us fool to disconnect the call I hate ola cab and I will not suggest u to book any ride through ola because if I any thing will happen to u then their customer care guys won’t help you
