Hi guys. few months back I had booked ola cabs for my Bangalore trip. Just want to pickup me from my home and drop to railway station that is near to my home. It takes 15 mins from my home.
First of all the bookings process takes maximum ten minutes to check our location and address, and after confirming the trip it merely takes 25 minutes for ola cab to reach my home.
And I was already late for my train that day by going in ola cab, catched my train hurry-burry.
OLA cab should be update more and plz try to come at time for the last minute tension.
Not convenient to travel in ola, worst service.
