My mother dropped her phone in a cab we booked through OLA yesterday (3/5/19) and when we called on the phone, it had been switched off. We tried contacting OLA through no. given on their website and email to get the contact info of the driver. But we’ve gotten no response. The cab no was DL 1ZC 5233 and the driver’s name is Mohan Lal. I will have to file an FIR but I was hoping that the problem can be solved without all of that since OLA is a proper organized company.
