I use ola cab almoat dailt to commute to my office. Me and my colleague use ola cab almost daily. And we face no big problem. Sometime there is cab unavailabity. So overall I must say its an average service with few genuine problems and few probpems created by drivers. Like they sometime disagree to go and make silly reasons. Sometimes they are rude in talking. Sometime they do not have proper papers of the veichle. But if I have to judge on an overall prespective I will say it is good service.
