Such a bad service. Non reliable in case of emergency. This was the first time I booked the taxi through their app.
For making it sure I called them in their call centre and got the assurance that I will get an SMS just before half an hour. But when I didn’t get the SMS even after the departure time.
I called them up and they told that the taxi is just near my house and the driver was going to call me.but I was not sure and I again called them just after two minute and to my utter surprise the response I received was I had already canceled the booking and the comment was driver called booking cancelled.
Such a hopeless service.i think this is going to be my first and last experience with ola. .sorry I believed you.never ever I will give you an opportunity to serve me.
