Ola cabs are cheating innocent riders who did nothing but trusted their app to book a ride.
I have 2 incidents where the ride was never cancelled by me but I was charged the cancelation fee.
First I was waiting outside my office after booking ola auto in rains. The ride was booked. I am waiting there for more that 10 mins no one comes and then the ride was cancelled, not by me as I was desperately waiting late in the evening for this auto. But ola charged the cancelation fee from me....I had to call my family member to pick me. It was hellish experience and there is no accountability from Ola.
Second incident is outside Jaipur Airport. I was there for my grandmother’s funeral. Again I booked ola cab sedan. The driver calls me and very rudely informs that he will not come inside the airport. I have to walk all the way to gate and then he will pick me. Are you people mad? I havenot seen such hopeless behaviour. I was inside the airport with my luggage waiting for a ride which was already charging an exorbitant amount for a distance of hardly 6kms and then the driver is calling me 100 times to tell me to come outside.If I could go walking outside then I can get any cheaper local transport. I don’t need ola for that.
These people are insensitive, worthless and rude. Specially in Jaipur, Driver was behaving as if he is doing a free favour to me. I never met the another driver who cancelled on me and left me stranded on road where it is not easy to get a ride, on a rainy day.
Horrible experience...
