I started using OLA cabs since even-odd rule came in force in Delhi. For first 2 rides, it was great but after that it has become like a Delhi Auto where you are on the mercy of the driver.if he wants to go, he will go otherwise, he won’t go.
Confirmation through app doesn’t make any difference. In last 4 days, I faced this issue 2 times.First time when I booked a cab from my office to home, driver called me up and said that he won’t go to Ghazibad and cancelled my booking.
I informed OLA team and they said that they will take the action against the driver for denying the ride. And just after 2 days of this incident, another driver also said no to go to Ghaziabad. I informed OLA team again but the response was the same standard response.
I pay a good amount to travel with OLA and expect a hassle free ride but the kind of drivers they have, you will feel the experience of Delhi Auto with OLA cabs. Hope they will take action against such drivers otherwise, OLA will loose its credibility and regular customers like me will have to find alternate providers.
