I recharged ola wallet using the ola cab booking application on my phone. My credit card got charged twice, however the wallet got recharged successfully once only. This happened on Nov 19th. I was hoping them to revert this back in couple of days. Post waiting for a week, I wrote email and spoke to customer care regarding this issue. I was promised a resolution on 24 Hours.
Today is Dec 14th.Multiple emails, customer care calls and too many promises on 24Hrs and 48Hrs.
These guys have not reverted my money, neither they are of any use. I am still fighting to get my money back with the hope that there lightyear worth 24Hrs get over soon.
They only thing I want to say about my experience with Ola customer care is- THEY SXXX.
