I gave a try as I have been reading a lot about it. The system of booking the cab is good but it can still improve.
The cab arrived a bit late because of the traffic so would recommend people to book the cabs prior. The driver was great no rash driving or unnecessary overtake on the way.
I would recommend this only if u have a fix planned schedule.This is way better than going in search of cab and convincing the drivers. You can actually feel the power of being a customer. Strongly recommend to people who generally travel for meetings and flying in an new city.
