Before Uber, I was forced to use Ola Cab facilities because there wasnt any other option. The drivers dont behave well and mostly they are unprofessional.
Ola charge more than what Uber does. Ola doesnt know how to take care of their drivers and doesnt provide basic knowledge about soft skills and behavior. Most of the drivers are new to the city and they dont know which way to go. Mostly depends on us to guide them. The quality is pathetic.
Incident happened with me.
I booked Ola Cab in Hitec City at 6.00 AM, the driver call me up and says, "Ekkadunnav?" in English "Where are you?", I was astonished with that question. Because there is something called mutual respect. I didnt see that at all. I walked out of the office and when was near the cab. I see that the cab bumper was damaged and already someone was sitting in the front seat along with the driver.
I didnt say a word, I was quite. After 10 minutes, the cab started stinking with alcohol smell. I asked the driver, Anna alcohol vasana vastundi car lo, "Bro, I am getting some alcohol smell in the cab", the reply was no nothing is there in the cab.
I realized that the driver was drunk. Then, he started riding the cab at the speed of 80-100 KMS. I was like OMG, I am married and I have a daughter, its better I get down and report it to the OLA management.
I asked the driver to stop the cab at Gachibowli Q City and got down.
Immediately, I called the Ola Management and informed everything. To my shock, they say that their drivers are very polite and they never entertain such things. I said, ok, you meant to say that I am lying. Fine, this is the last time I will be riding and slammed the phone.
After 15 minutes, I got a call from the escalation team and they started apologizing and refunded the money I paid. I told, I dont want money. Now Uber is also available in Hyderabad. So, very soon you will vanish at least in Hyderabad. and since then, I only use Uber.
Gradually, Ola is vanishing in the market.
Moral is, one bad and pathetic experience is enough to break the relationship. Let is marriage, friendship or a business. If you have a chance to correct the mistake, be very humble and trust the customer rather than blaming them.
OLA YOU ARE PATHETIC AND WORST.
