I booked the cab using the Groupon 300 for 39 offer for first time(Offer available on Android app only). The service was prompt, courteous and happier ride for my family. Too good to believe but it happened.
But their app is not so good. It does not allow you to enter the address and instead try to locate it using GPS. Its a pain. If you have to use it, you need to be very patient and attentive. I used Samsung galaxy Y and duos. In both same issue occurred. I had mailed them regarding the issue.
The 2nd time when I attempted for my relative it did not go well. The customer care said they had a problem with the app at that point of time but within a second things started working.(Nowadays customer care is something like human automated response.Most of the representatives do not know the answer or mislead you. It happens uniformly across all services I use, from banking to broadband service).
I did overlook it and booked without applying the coupon. The driver called me within a minute and the ride happened as planned without any hassle. Expect for the clumsy and not so user friendly app their service is happier for me.
