Today, I missed the train because of Ola driver roamed around ulsoor, Bangalore and he lost the route in the middle in the name of avoiding the traffic and charged Rs.1191 just far returning to home
The bill is tracked as CRN158433330. I’m discussing with customer care guy to explain. He request to send the mail as intimation about 2.8x in SMS or mail . I have sent as requested. The customer representative said that he didn’t get my mail and requested to give the money first. Once I gave the money and driver left, the customer guy cut the call. In the second call to the customer care, they mentioned that sorry we can’t help you as it our policy. The outright cheating!
