The cab is never on time.
I had booked a cab CRN 67676822 on 15th March, 2015 for 9:15 AM pick up from Sector 43, Chandigarh Bus Stand till Chandigarh Airport.
I got a call at 9 AM from Driver telling that we are not providing service in Chandigarh today because of some issues with Police. It was extremely difficult to make alternative arrangements of travel on the spot risking me of missing my flight.
Had there been any issue with the service, Ola should not have accepted the travel order at all, And Informed me about the unavailability of service at least 2 hours prior to my pick up time so that I get ready for the same and look for other alternatives. That ways I would never risk availing your service at Odd hours when I see no reliability nor I would ever recommend Ola Cabs to anyone.
- Once I use some coupon code and the ride is cancelled but the coupon gets used up. Till the time I don’t take the ride the coupon should remain unredeemed.
I am Highly Disappointed with their service.I would never ever use OLA service again and would not recommend this to anyone.
