Inflated pick -up times, longer routes displayed vis-à-vis the actual route taken, delayed invoice generation and unregulated metering! I got billed for a waiting time of 27 mins when their system showed the journey started 4 mins after booking time. And the GPS for route taken was fictional, inflating the distance by around 25%.
End result - an initial bill of Rs. 451/-, reduced by Rs. 233/- when challenged! I dont believe the worst cab-wallah in Mumbai would have attempted something like this!
How often do they get away with this?
