I had been to Pune recently and registered with Ola cabs. I got mails that if I use a particular code, I’ll get a discount of Rs. 100 for the first ride. But I was not guided as to how to use the code. The driver informed that he is helpless and said that he couldn’t allow any discount. Ultimately I had to pay the full fare both for the first and second rides. In future, I’ve to think twice before I utilise Ola’s services.
The driver didn’t use GPS and I landed up paying higher fare
