I have been using ola service from last three years in Bangalore but recently got shifted to gurgaon and used it here as well. But I feel the drivers were more courteous and technically sound in Bangalore than gurgaon. I had couple of instances were driver didn’t understood the proper navigation system and behaved rudely when asked to come at desired location. However when the issues was raised to customer care it was not resolved the way it was supposed to be. More over the rates are cheaper than other radio taxi service, I feel there are chances to improve the service and number of cars to be a reliable service like ever before.
