I booked OLA CABS in Bangalore a day before for travel from Kasavanahalli to Yeshwantpur a day before (8:30 pm) for travel next day early morning at 5:30 am. I received SMS with details at 4:20 am.
I called driver at 4:45 am asking where are you (generally driver call up for direction an hour before). Driver side I am at RT Nagar and won’t be able to make it. I called help desk and informed. Person assured me that I will receive update by 5 or 515 am. I received SMS at 5:25 am with new details. Called the new no. - driver says I was trying your no. you didn’t pick-up. I asked how much time you will take to come - Drvr responded he can’t make it.
I was disappointed and then called local city taxi which came in just 15 mins.
