Ola is now on the verge of decline. Worse cab service you could expect in a metropolitan like Delhi. Their drivers harass people by asking innumerable questions like how many people are travelling, what is the destination, how will you pay, how much price it is showing etc and finally they would cancel ride. If customer cancel ride we are charged but if your drivers keep on passing duty to one after another its perfectly fine. At times I have experienced 6-7 passing on of duties and finally the last one would cancel. I faced it in the time of sever medical emergency. There is no customer support available. You would only be taken to list of question with on option of calling. Poor ola could not even afford customer care center. They have lost all control on their drivers. Their drivers misbehave mist of the times. It like the return of same behavior that we faced at the hands of auto drivers. Why to pay for such a bad service. They have just build the brand and now waiting to sell it for the higher price to someone else sitting with closed eyes to the customer grievance.
