I took a share cab from NIZAMUDDIN metro station to my home after dropping my grandparents at the station. The driver picked me up in 5 mins. While he started the ride, he discovered its a share cab, he looked at me as If I committed a crime and moved. Midway, he suddenly shouted at me saying ’Bhaiya, ye share cab book krne ka time hai kya? ’. I calmly replied ’Ask ola to call me and let me know about ola share timings’. We were about 1km away from destination and he dropped me there, and I had no other option, as I didn’t want to indulge in any fight with the driver. ( ola share rides are prepaid) . I complaint about the same to ola, but no action taken yet. PATHETIC SERVICE.
