I had to go to station at 4 Am so it was raining so I thought it was best to book OLA so that I dont have to go to auto stand to book a auto so I booked a cab.
A cab was booked by ola which was 10KM away from my home and it would reach my home in more than ½ hr so I tried calling the driver to come quickly otherwise I will lose my train but he didn’t pick up my call and the location of the cab was still there in the map it was not moving so I cancelled it immediately and had to go to the auto stand for booking the auto
it was one of my bad experience with OLA I have many worst experiences. I think that is due to 0 competition also as there is no rival in kanpur.
