I would like to share my back to back experiences with OLA cabs,
- Recently I have booked their cab service(27th Sep 2014) for a drop to Railway Station(well in advance~ 10 hours before), got booking confirmation(CRN: 10753806). At the pickup time when I was supposed to get the cab, they sent me booking cancellation.! when I called back their help desk the person on other side asked me to look for alternate options.
I was almost in a situation to miss my train.
- Yesterday(6-Oct-2014) I again booked OLA Cab(keeping in mind that they might had issues with cab last time) for a pickup from Chennai Airport and got booking confirmation too. when I arrived at Chennai airport immediately I got call from cab driver. The driver asked me to cancel the booking. When I called help desk they again asked me to go for an alternate option. Very Unprofessional.!
If they cannot improve services, better should stop their operations in Chennai. There are plenty of Cab operator running in the city with quality services.
How can a driver call to customer asking for cancelling request? if he has issues, can’t he inform to help desk and in turn help desk can arrange another cab for customer?
I am not sure about their operations in other cities.but in Chennai it is definitely pathetic.
Now decided not to recommend OLA Cabs to anyone, rather will try to spread my experience with others as much as I can
