Hi I am riyaz, I am from hyderabd.i dont know the service in other cities, but in hyderabad it is the one of worst service.they gives false statements.they advertise with ola auto 29rs for first 4 km, I have charged with 41rs for 2.4km.please dont use ola auto service.i have suffered alot when I mede request at secunderabad railwaly station, the auto will be booked, no body will come to you to pickup, suddenly the driver will cancel the pickup, I have waited for 45 minutes, then I have taken local auto.its ohhhhhhooolaaaa!
