I added money to Ola cabs and used service in bangalore. after that my money 500 plus remained in Ola cabs app and I tried to transfer the remaining balance back to bank. it is always saying that I should do kyc and that facility is not available in where I am staying(kakinada a place in andhra pradesh). every time we have to book a cab to do kyc to get back money. there is no other option available in this service to do kyc. even paytm is having web kyc. ola cabs like big service company does not have alternate ways to do kyc except cab booking even for customer kyc. Public try to realise the cheating is done by all these companies and respond.
