1 - Driver denied for duty
2 - Totally disappointed with Ola Cabs, I booked a cab at 02:01 AM, got the notification that the cab will come in 10 minutes, which didn’t happen, the driver came at 02:31 AM, when he came he was fully drunk, so smelly, I was not sure to sit or not and after all this, he said his brother will drive the car, because his brother wants to learn driving, I Protested, then he said
" Are chhod na bhai chalane de ye mera bhai hi to hai, chalayega nahi to sikhega kaise", I took the chance because I was in an emergency but I was not at all feeling safe as his brother was also drunk, and now who was driving was the driver’s brother who was fully drunk and did not know driving completely.
Now I need a explanation on this otherwise I will take a legal action against this.
Ola staff have to give me a complete explanation, I have the photograph of both the drivers and have their video in which they have said all these things.
Now tell me what to do and how will I trust next time on Ola or do I have to opt for a diff. Cab service provider as I am a very old and regular customer of Ola cabs.
3 - Driver again denied duty, it was ola auto, said the duty has been automatically cancelled
4 - Missbehave by a driver took extra money in cash, he was very rude.
Conclusion - Customer sucks, they only talk for drivers, they dnt do anything, no caring of customers, I was using OLA Cabs from a very long time, I was the reguler customer but now no more ola, they will keep on saying u sorry thats all they can do, cars are not clean.
Don’t use it guys, its ridiculous, use UBER, they are the best in class service.
