I booked a cab for 16/01/15 a day before at 9:00 AM from Bannerghatta Road to Manyata Tech Park at Bangalore. The derive arrived on time~8:50 and we started as soon as he reached to my place. I reached to my destination without any issue on time. I was socked after seeing the final amount to be paid. There was an additional amount of 62/- which I was told as waiting charge for 31 minutes. I was surprised on waiting charge as I started as soon as driver reached to my place.
Upon clarification from cust care I got to know that waiting charge is the charge added when cab was waiting at traffic signals.
I have already paid 50/- towards peak time charge. For 26.3 KMs journey I paid 415/- while I was supposed to pay 100/- for first 6 kms and 10/KM from 7th KM onward+ 50/- for pick charges. 415 for 26.3 came as 15.75/KM.
Now you decide, how can u term it a cheaper service. I used taxiforsure many times and I found them very reliable and cheaper comparatively.
