There was a day I have to board a train for kanpur to attend a friend’s marriage.
That day thankfully my train was late.
However I booked a ola cab for going to Anand vihar terminal I glad the driver camw and he told me sir I will send u a other cab I have some emergency I need to go u please take the number of another driver and he will come asap in 5 mins almost after 20 mins that ola driver came to place and he was drunk and saying me sorry that he was drunk. I scolded him very badly but then again I have no choice. I was geting late for boarding my train. He told me he will drive caeefully. Anyhow I reached anand vihar station and paid him the money but I was late more than 15 mins from the schedule departure time of the train but luckily that train was running late by 30 mins on that day. This was such a bad experience of ola cab journey.
So I will suggest u to dont choose ola. Choose some other cab providers comapmy.
