I always had a good impression of Ola Cabs since the time I have been using(since 2018) Ola Cabs. Yesterday’s incident has led me to write this review. Briefly enough, I had to go to Gurugram for an interview at a time when I am undergoing extreme financial crunch. And, instead of the regular facility that I availed from Ola, I preferred to avail the’rental’ facility. The estimated fare shown to me for an hour was Rs. 200. They didn’t show me the total fare based on my total distance from my house in Faridabad to office in Gurugram. The fare at the end of 2-way trip was shown to be Rs. 1500+ which is completely unjust, unfair and illegal. Later, after I fought with the driver, they took out Rs. 934 from my Ola wallet which should never be the fare since I am regular a commuter through this route and know what should be the max. fare. Hence, this is a malpractice when the customer is led astray by being provided fake or partial information on the car fare.
