Never use Ola Money or Ola Post Paid. Always pay in Cash or PayTM or Google Pay. I am frequent traveler, its my experience that always book Ola ride on Cash payment option. Ola customer care is useless and liar also. Drivers r rude & want cash. Due to driver’s mistake, If Ola deduct amount from ur post paid account then its almost impossible to take it back. In cash rides, its ur choice to pay or not. U can also pay to driver by Google Pay after completion of ride.
