I have tried all the major online Cab service in New Delhi and trust me, my experience with Ola is the worst. Today I am gonna share my personal experience with you guys. I once booked a Ola Cab from Saket, Delhi to Dwarka Sec 1. The driver which came to pick me was not appropriate and doesn’t deserve to be called as driver. He was driving so roughly and more than twice I told him to drive safely.
That was a rainy day and rain was falling everywhere in Delhi. One thing I want to notify that I booked the Prime Cab. The worst moment with that driver was when he switched off the AC and pull down the window without even asking me once. When I asked him why did you switch off the ac he replied " Just look the weather, who needs AC, here ". He was driving for his convenience instead of customer. I didn’t want to make it a big issue that’s why I respond with a silence. Rain water was coming inside the cab which was wetting my clothes.
Guys, that was my worst experience ever with Ola Cabs. I would never go for Ola again and learning from others experience is the true smartness, remember.
