Please read my complete story which I have realized to never book a cab from Ola.
Yesterday evening I have booked an Ola Prime from my residence Amberpet, Hyderabad to Secunderabad to catch a train to Shiridi.
One driver accepted the ride and he was completing his other ride near by.
After 10mins also he has not completed his ride, when I try to contact the driver he was not responding to my calls so I have cancelled the ride.
When I book the new cab again I have allocated to the same driver I was so frustrated and irritated with Ola because driver was not in my near by location and it will take the driver to my location at least 10-15 mns from his location. I have called him 5, 6 times and fortunately this time he has picked my call and started to yelling on me with no reason. I asked him that why he is irritating on me and he told me that I have cancelled my first ride.
What a unprofessional and ethicsless driver, actually I should again cancel the ride but I had no option and if I argue with that moron I’ll miss my train. Finally after waiting over 15 mns he has reached my location and I had only 25mns to catch the train so I asked the driver to take a short route to reach the station and he has replied me that he’ll go whatever route that his navigation show’s, so simply decided that no to talk with that guy and to rise a complaint against that driver.
When we have reached the station train has already moving from the platform. Fortunately it was the 1st platform so that I had catchd my tain simply otherwise I could have missed my train because of useless cab driver.
My day ended up with the horrible experience with that Ola driver.
