This was a very bad experience for me . I had booked a ola cab from dombivili station to navneet nagar the fare estimate was shown at 80 to 95 rs. So I was excited because I havent booked any car in dombivili. I booked the car the and it was in the afternoon around 1.30 pm. The driver didnt came till 2.05. I called in the call centre and said to the girl on the other side. She was appolgisong me . ans when I was trying to cancel it the app was discaliming in a sentence that you would be charged rs.60 in the next ride. And moreover they charge us for the waiting time ans also one time they have charged me 45 mins 45 rs. This is not done yr and tjat time to the driver arrived late and I called the call centre for tjat they appoligised . if u provide servicrs no one is going to entertain you ola. And remeber uber is expanding the business in thane district and they have the quality which you ola guys cant deserve to give to the loyal customer like us. And reliance is also coming in the same field.
