I always use Ola for my travel, and I must say 7 out of 10 times they have not disappointed me. I got a msg from Ola saying if I travel twice using their micro cab service between 11th of June to the 19th of June I’d get my third micro ride free using the coupon code "MYMICRO", and so I did. However on my third micro ride I was asked to pay up in spite of using the coupon code. When I called up to inquire abt the same I was told that after using the coupon code twice, Rs. 100 would be waived off from my invoice. I’d request Ola not to mislead its customers and mention clearly the terms and conditions in their msgs. I for one will never be trusting their promotional coupon codes hence!
