Recently I went to Hyderabad.Then there I got a message from ola that I have won a ola ride coupon worth 200rupees.
Then is signed up in the ola cabs application.Then they sent the ola 200rupees coupon.I applied it on the app for Dilsukhnagar.Actually the coupon has limited kms only.But I don’t know that thing.After completeion of my ride the driver said that the bill is 450rupees.But coupon is applied.So he said that the remaining amount is payable by the customer only.If I go to dilsukhnagar in the bus, the charges approximately 100rupees.
But ola taken 450rupees.Then I paid the 250rupees.Because remaining 200rupees is paid by the coupon.Then I decided to never travel on ola cabs.These are worst services and costly services.We cannot bear these prices.And the driver is lazy.He doesnot notified me about the travelling.And he doesnot tell the small things.Such in the travelling many good places are there.He doesnot told anything about that places.In my words they need to improve thei services and reduce their travelling charges.
