Dear readers,
pls dont ever use OLACABS. Its the worst cab service. I usually travel outstation very regularly and need to hire cabs. I have hired Olacabs a few times and this last trip was the final nail in the coffin!
Last week we went to Panchgani and the driver was mean. First of all he had no idea wheres Panchgani! so I had to guide him, can’t imagine where we would have landed had I not known the route!
and then the driver wanted to play loud music but we asked him to play it on low volume, so on our return journey he would honk every time a car or pedestrian came close! And when told to not honk every minute, he just ignored! pure torture!
Then not to mention the car was tacky and the a/c was running so low that u could hardly feel it and again when asked him to up it, he said the engine would shut down. Shut down even on highways? he wasn’t even going uphill then!
And at the end of the journey, he adamantly overcharged me a 150/- rs extra and didn’t even give me a receipt for the cash payment of rs 4100/- (apart from booking amount). So in total I paid him 5100 /- This is got to know only after I received the bill of 4950/- after a few hours via email! Why email so late? Why not just SMS the amount to be paid at the end of the journey?
The driver’s name is Sanjay, CRN 4913394. Booked for 21st March 2014 from Mumbai to Panchgani.
